Each entry eligible for the contest must be fully identified (name, surname, civic number, street address, city, province/state, country, postal/zip code, telephone number with area code and valid email).
Entry data acquired becomes the property of BATITECH. Individual survey results will be kept confidential. Aggregated results may or mat not be published.
The draw will take place during the day of March 31st 2008 at BATITECH's Headquarters. BATITECH's CEO will draw, in front of witnesses, one name from all the names submitted by those who answered the “Future BATITECH Homes” questionnaire on the company's web site. The winner will be immediately advised by telephone and a written confirmation of the winning prize will be sent to the winner.
BATITECH will publish the results of the contest in its various communications channels. BATITECH reserves the right to publish the name and living area of the winning person. Personal information will not be divulged.
The health package is for two (2) persons at l'Auberge du Portage. Included in the package : two (2) nights Superior Category at the Auberge, three (3) meals a day (the fine cuisine will appeal to gourmets) and three (3) health care sessions during the stay.
The total value of the health package is $832.00$ Cdn.
Applicable taxes, alcoholic beverages and tips are not included in the package. Consequently, you must assume the costs of any applicable taxes and, if applicable, the costs associated with the purchase of alcohol or any tipping you might wish to make.
Transportation to and from l'Auberge du Portage is not included in the package. Consequently, you must assume the costs of transportation to l'Auberge du Portage and the return portion as well.
BATITECH and l'Auberge du Portage's respective responsibility is limited to providing the health package.
